6043, 246, 4.79

Notes: From Paso Robles, CA. Played in all 13 games, starting 4, catching 4 passes for 36 yards and 1 touchdown in 2015. Played in all 12 games and started 9, caught 3-26-1 in 2016. Starter in 11-of-12 games, caught 35-296-1 (8.5 avg.) in 2017. Team captain as senior. Started all 12 games, catching 56-709-4 (12.7 avg.), including a long of 70 yards, in 2018.

Positives: Nice size and natural athleticism. Looks the part. Runs well for size. Uses his size well as a receiver and catches the ball well. Reliable hands. Can make contested catches. Like a power forward competing for the rebound. Adjusts to the ball well and shows very good body control and coordination. Can be open even when covered. Gets downfield. Competent in-line blocker. Flashes strong blocking ability. Can line up next to the tackle, be a move guy or occasionally out wide. High football character and work ethic.

Negatives: Needs to develop consistency and technique as a blocker. Lacks true top-end sustained speed. Frequently faced lower level of competition.

Summary: Might need a while to develop, hone his craft, and adjust to the pro game but has the skills to become a quality starter in the NFL.
