Notes: From Oak Hill, FL. Comes from a difficult childhood and family background, overcoming a rough upbringing in South Florida. Played in 3 games on special teams and as a backup linebacker before an infection and left shoulder injury sidelined him in 2014. Played in all 13 games, finished with 16 tackles and 1 PBU in 2015. Started all 14 games at safety, logged 60 tackles, 2.5 TFL, 1 sack, 4 PBU, 4 INT, 1 FF and 1 FR in 2016. Played in 12 games with 9 starts, missing time with a right hamstring injury; had 55 tackles 3.5 TFL, 1 sack, 4 PBU, 1 INT and 1 FF in 2017. Underwent surgery on his right shoulder following the season and was held out of spring workouts in 2018. Graduated with bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation psychology in May 2018 and is pursuing master’s degree in counseling psychology. Was named one of five winners of the Wilma Rudolph Student-Athlete Achievement Award in May 2018 which honors “student-athletes who have overcome great personal, academic, and and/or emotional odds to achieve academic success while participating in intercollegiate athletics.”

Positives: Loves the game and plays with passion and energy. Tough and competitive. Talented athlete. Shows explosiveness and burst. Smart and can handle the mental aspects of the game. Effective open-field tackler.

Negatives: Has had some injury issues.

Summary: Needs an injury-free season to firmly establish his draft stock.
