Ben Banogu, TCU Edge # 15 - Explosive pass rusher w/ terrific length, burst, agility & overall athleticism. Transferred to TCU last year & named captain before ever playing a snap.
8.5 sacks & 16.5 TFL last year & really flashed vs. OSU last week. Lightning quick feet & hands: pic.twitter.com/ohLy9tf4Dh
Took an in depth look at TCU Edge at Ben Banogu last night, despite his eye popping market share over the last 2 years, his bend isn't elite and his first step varies, but has power / quickness, heavy hands and good IQ. Counters are there but are a WIP.
Ben Banogu (EDGE 15) has also flashed and has been the more productive edge rusher for the Horned Frogs. Almost like he hits a push-pull with an inside chop but what he does a good job at is flattening to the QB and putting some pressure on Rudolph. pic.twitter.com/HRmiK7sH94
Watching TCU rusher Ben Banogu 1st GM in u can see his athletic ability & movement skills, however you also see plays like this were he is being bullied 5yds off LOS. Play strength will be an issue early on. #2019NFLDraft@BearsBarroompic.twitter.com/lmZh97rIi3
