Emanuel Hall, WR, Missouri #84
6023, 195, 4.42
Notes: From Franklin, TN. Was also an outstanding track and field athlete in high school, excelling in the high jump. Suffered a broken right ankle in two places in high school, had to have a plate inserted. Saw action in 11 games as a true freshman, catching 8 passes for 64 yards, in 2015. Played in 12 games and caught 19-307-2 (16.2 avg.) in 2016. He played sparingly early, but in 13 games he caught 33-817-8 TD (24.8 avg.) in 2017.
Positives: Excellent height-speed ratio. Fast and fluid. Elite deep threat who has made a ton of long catches. Gets behind defenders and makes big plays. Creates separation with his speed and long stride. Tracks the ball nicely. Can adjust to the ball in flight. Natural pass catcher with good hands. Has continued to improve his route running and is capable of more than just the nine route. Dangerous runner after the catch.
Negatives: Skinny frame and lacks bulk. Still a work in progress with the overall route tree and the refinement of controlling his size, speed and timing running patterns. Needs development with downfield blocking. Has lost focus at times when not involved in a play in the past, and was not a good practice player early in his college career.
Summary: Excellent vertical-threat receiver prospect who is become a more complete all-around player.
