Notes: From South Williamsport, PA. Was recruited by Penn State out of high school but chose the smaller-campus atmosphere, yet still close to home and family. Played in 11 games, rushed for 1,008 yards and 7 touchdowns on 179 carries (5.6 avg.) while catching 14 passes for 254 yards and 1 touchdown, in 2015. In 12 games, he rushed 206-1,171-14 (5.7 avg.) and caught 10-105-1, in 2016. Played 11 games, rushed 247-1,388-18 and caught 13-224-4, in 2017. Team captain.

Positives: Good all-around athlete. Quick, shifty and elusive. Good vision to daylight and instincts. Reads blocking extremely well. Very good feel and awareness. Excellent balance and determination. Strong and can break tackles. Does not go down easily. Runs hard and is very competitive. Has a nose for the endzone. Catches the ball well and looks comfortable in the passing game. Willing blocker.

Negatives: Lacks top-flight explosiveness and sustained speed for the next level.

Summary: Not a premier NFL prospect, but the kind of player who makes a team and contributes.
