Notes: From Thomasville, GA. Played in 13 games as a true freshman in 2015, recording 22 tackles and 1.5 sacks. Missed first 6 games of 2016 with foot injury, then returned to make 13 tackles, 4.5 tackles-for-loss, 2.5 sacks and 1 pass breakup. Started at LDE and played in all 14 games in 2017, posting 50 tackles, 15.5 TFL, 8.5 sacks, 1 PBU and 2 forced fumbles. Started all 15 games, credited with 45 tackles, 15 TFL and 8.5 sacks in 2018. Positives: Strong, tough and fairly athletic. Can get upfield and rush the passer. Effective off the edge and looping inside. Explosive and disruptive. Quick first step. Generates power. Closes well and plays with passion. Makes tackles in pursuit. Plays with discipline. Can stack and shed at the point of attack. Good motor.

Negatives: Needs continued technique work with hands in taking on and disengaging from blockers. A bit mechanical in stringing multiple moves together. Somewhat stiff with average change of direction. Does not appear that instinctive.

Summary: Lacks consistency but flashes dominance and has good all-around tools. Solid base end prospect.
